This policy (together with our Terms of Website Use and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.apresaviation.world (our site), including our contact form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any message or enquiry details you provide.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using cookies or similar storage and access technologies (which may include the LinkedIn Insight Tag), in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the UK GDPR, and the ICO’s April 2026 guidance on storage and access technologies. Store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
Recognise you when you return to our site.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination inside or outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (“EEA”), including the United States (for example, where our advertising or software providers, such as LinkedIn, process data there). Where this happens, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or reliance on a valid adequacy decision, so that your data continues to be protected to the standard required by UK GDPR.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and any transmission is at your own risk.

How and why we use your information

To respond to your enquiry or request (e.g. booking a consultation about Kabin), legal basis: to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and/or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To ensure content from our site is presented effectively for you, legal basis: legitimate interest.
To notify you about changes to our services where relevant to an existing enquiry or relationship, legal basis: legitimate interest / contract.
To send you marketing communications about our products and services, where you have consented to this, legal basis: consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@apresaviation.world.

Where relevant, we may also rely on recognised legitimate interests, a lawful basis introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 for a limited set of defined purposes (such as safeguarding or crime prevention). We do not currently rely on this basis for our general marketing or enquiry-handling activities, and will update this policy if that changes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to:

Members of our corporate group, including Après Furniture Limited and other associated companies, for internal administrative purposes.
Third-party service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, our website hosting provider, email/CRM tools, or advertising platforms such as LinkedIn), under contracts that require them to protect your data to an equivalent standard.
Third parties where we are under a legal obligation to disclose or share your data, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of Après Aviation, our customers, or others.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as necessary to maintain accurate business and prospect records, including for ongoing relationship management, future business development, and internal record-keeping purposes. We do not currently apply a fixed deletion period to this data.

You may ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us at info@apresaviation.world (see “Your Rights” above), and we will action such requests unless we have a legitimate legal or business reason to retain specific records.
