Ontario International Airport first approached us at the Passenger Terminal Expo in Madrid, where we were demonstrating the new Kabin product for airport lounges and public spaces. Kabin is a solution designed to allow travellers within the airport environment to work privately and comfortably while everything around them continues to move at pace.
Recognised at first sight
When one of the Ontario International Airport team members viewed Kabin on our stand, they immediately recognised how well it could work for passengers transiting through the airport who needed a space to focus on work, recharge from a stressful day, or simply take some time out to relax and meditate. Kabin provides all of this and more.
Just an hour or two later, they returned to our stand with four additional colleagues, all of whom were equally enthusiastic about how effectively Kabin could work within their airport terminals.
Over the following months, Apres Aviation supplied drawings and renders demonstrating how the Kabins would fit and look within the selected environments, while also discussing the delivery and installation process across two terminals at Ontario International Airport.

Ten weeks later, we installed six Kabins across Terminal 2 and Terminal 4, creating dedicated spaces where passengers can step away from the busy terminal surroundings and enjoy moments of privacy and comfort.

Ontario International Airport selected Ultraleather upholstery for the interior due to its durability and wipeable finish, making it ideal for busy airport environments where surfaces must be cleaned and disinfected regularly between uses.
